Tours<\/strong><br>Wiener Nimmerland offers city tours led by people with personal experience of addiction, homelessness, or other social challenges. Each tour is based on personal life stories and is unique in its route and structure.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-463c154\" data-block-id=\"463c154\"><style>.stk-463c154 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\"><strong>2.2.2 Lectures<\/strong><br>In addition, lectures are offered, especially for schools, educational institutions, companies and organizations, which are given by people with personal experience in the areas of addiction, homelessness or other social challenges.<br><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-3ea7546\" id=\"3-buchung-und-vertragsabschluss\" data-block-id=\"3ea7546\"><style>.stk-3ea7546 {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">3. Booking and conclusion of contract<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2ff80dc\" data-block-id=\"2ff80dc\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">3.1 Bookings can be made via the website, by email or by telephone.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d17066e\" data-block-id=\"d17066e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">3.2 There are several scheduled public dates available. For groups of 4 or more, an individual date can also be booked.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b9aeca1\" data-block-id=\"b9aeca1\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">3.3 After a booking is received, a booking confirmation will be automatically sent by email.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-1a83edf\" data-block-id=\"1a83edf\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">3.4 For Nico&#039;s tour, the booking can be cancelled or an alternative date suggested within 48 hours of receipt of the booking.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-15c1345\" data-block-id=\"15c1345\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">3.5 Booking a lecture is initially considered an inquiry. After checking availability and feasibility, either a booking confirmation or a cancellation will be sent by email.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-77abc93\" data-block-id=\"77abc93\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">3.6 A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-82fb625\" id=\"4-zahlung-und-vergunstigungen\" data-block-id=\"82fb625\"><style>.stk-82fb625 {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">4. Payment and benefits<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4421869\" data-block-id=\"4421869\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">4.1 Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, EPS, bank transfer, or cash. Credit card payments are processed directly through our website. For PayPal, Klarna, or EPS, you will be securely redirected to the respective payment provider.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ddcedeb\" data-block-id=\"ddcedeb\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">4.2 Cash payments must be specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse cash payments.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3ce6582\" data-block-id=\"3ce6582\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">4.3 An invoice will be generated for each booking and sent electronically via email. A maximum of two free places are available per tour. Bookings can be made via the website, email, or telephone.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-355cf8b\" id=\"5-anderung-umbuchung-und-stornierung\" data-block-id=\"355cf8b\"><style>.stk-355cf8b {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">5. Changes, rebookings and cancellations<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-863314c\" data-block-id=\"863314c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Tour bookings are services related to leisure activities for which a specific date is agreed upon. Therefore, according to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. The options for changes, rebookings, and cancellations regulated in this chapter remain unaffected.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-55afce9\" data-block-id=\"55afce9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The following provisions apply equally to tours and lectures, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-f02e58e\" id=\"5-1-begriff\" data-block-id=\"f02e58e\"><style>.stk-f02e58e {margin-top:5px !important;}<\/style><h4 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">5.1 Definitions<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-136fb11\" data-block-id=\"136fb11\"><style>.stk-136fb11 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.1.1 A single booking is defined as a tour booking for 1 to 3 people.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c11ef51\" data-block-id=\"c11ef51\"><style>.stk-c11ef51 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.1.2 A group booking is defined as a tour booking for 4 or more people as well as any lecture booking.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-553d01c\" data-block-id=\"553d01c\"><style>.stk-553d01c {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.1.3 The main season lasts every year from April 1st until and including the last day of school before the start of the summer holidays in Austria.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-068d66d\" data-block-id=\"068d66d\"><style>.stk-068d66d {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.1.4 The off-season lasts from the first day of the summer holidays until and including March 31st.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ed146e2\" data-block-id=\"ed146e2\"><style>.stk-ed146e2 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.1.5 Regulations regarding increasing or reducing the number of participants apply exclusively to paying participants. If the number of booked participants falls below the number booked by more than 20 on the day of the tour, we reserve the right to charge 80 participants.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c34b7ac\" data-block-id=\"c34b7ac\"><style>.stk-c34b7ac {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.3.3 Within the last 3 days before the lecture date, the booked number of school classes or groups can no longer be reduced.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b9bac18\" data-block-id=\"b9bac18\"><style>.stk-b9bac18 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.3.4 An increase in the number of participants or the number of school classes or groups is possible up until the tour or lecture, provided this is organizationally feasible. Additional participants, school classes, or groups will be charged accordingly.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4f69aa6\" data-block-id=\"4f69aa6\"><style>.stk-4f69aa6 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.4.4 Within the last 14 days before the tour or lecture date, it is no longer possible to rebook to another date.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d7fb471\" data-block-id=\"d7fb471\"><style>.stk-d7fb471 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.4.5 A change of the start time on the same day is possible up to 3 days before the tour or lecture date, provided this is organizationally feasible.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7b909d1\" data-block-id=\"7b909d1\"><style>.stk-7b909d1 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Invoice and Payment<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-81353f6\" data-block-id=\"81353f6\"><style>.stk-81353f6 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.4.6 The invoice will be issued 15 days before the tour or lecture date.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-123fd54\" data-block-id=\"123fd54\"><style>.stk-123fd54 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.4.7 The payment period is 14 days from the invoice date, but no later than before the start of the tour or lecture.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-02d9539\" data-block-id=\"02d9539\"><style>.stk-02d9539 {margin-left:50px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">5.4.8 If the booking is made less than 15 days before the tour or lecture date, the invoice will be sent by email one day after booking. Minimum number of participants for tours<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-173a6a8\" data-block-id=\"173a6a8\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">6.1 A minimum of 8 participants is required for all tours.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-33a3022\" data-block-id=\"33a3022\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">6.2 For public fixed dates, all bookings for the same date are added together to determine the minimum number of participants.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d69dce8\" data-block-id=\"d69dce8\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">6.3 If the minimum number of participants is not reached at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-cea6169\" data-block-id=\"cea6169\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">6.4 In the event of a cancellation, the person making the booking will be informed immediately and can choose between a free cancellation or a replacement date.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-e29b2df\" id=\"7-startzeitpunkt-der-tour\" data-block-id=\"e29b2df\"><style>.stk-e29b2df {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">7. Tour start time<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bd38a3c\" data-block-id=\"bd38a3c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">7.1 The tour begins at the agreed time.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-17749d0\" data-block-id=\"17749d0\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">7.2 For group bookings, the tour guide will wait a maximum of 15 minutes from the agreed start time. If at least part of the group has not arrived by then, the tour will be cancelled. Cancellations by Wiener Nimmerland<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c35c8df\" data-block-id=\"c35c8df\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">8.1 We reserve the right to postpone or cancel tours or lectures for important reasons, even at short notice, including on the day of the tour or lecture. Typical weather conditions such as rain, cold, or heat do not constitute grounds for cancellation. They will be sent electronically via email. Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal or bank transfer.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-a074a93\" data-block-id=\"a074a93\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">9.2 Vouchers are valid for 6 years from the date of issue.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4b88c2c\" data-block-id=\"4b88c2c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">9.3 Vouchers are valid for the number of people booked and can be purchased for a specific tour or independently of a tour. Vouchers not tied to a tour can be redeemed for any tour offered within their validity period.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9c7cf69\" data-block-id=\"9c7cf69\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">9.4 The payment term for vouchers is 14 days from the invoice date.
