They are valid for all orders placed either via the Wiener Nimmerland webshop or by email. In the webshop we offer merchandise items printed with our logo (T-shirts, tops, sweaters, hoodies, fabric bags, caps and beanies).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bd6c27d\" data-block-id=\"bd6c27d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">1.2 Wiener Nimmerland is a small business according to \u00a76 UStG, therefore our prices do not include VAT.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0368c46\" data-block-id=\"0368c46\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">1.3 By submitting an order, the customer confirms that he has read and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-71ffe50\" id=\"2-vertragsschluss\" data-block-id=\"71ffe50\"><style>.stk-71ffe50 .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:1.5em !important;}@media screen and (max-width: 1023px){.stk-71ffe50 .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:1.5em !important;}}<\/style><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">2. Conclusion of contract<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5481905\" data-block-id=\"5481905\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">2.1 The presentation of the goods in the web shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits the order by clicking on the &quot;order with payment&quot; button, thereby making a legally binding contract offer, and the order is then confirmed by us by email. The order is therefore only considered accepted when the customer receives a confirmation email to this effect.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-427f6b1\" data-block-id=\"427f6b1\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">3.2 If an item is not available, we reserve the right to refuse the order. Delivery and Shipping<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-49bdd90\" data-block-id=\"49bdd90\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">4.1 Shipping in the webshop is only available to Austria and Germany. Customers from other EU countries can order by email and contact us in advance to find out about the shipping costs.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-60bef54\" data-block-id=\"60bef54\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">4.2 Shipping takes place once a week, always on Wednesdays. Orders received by Tuesday evening will be shipped on Wednesday. The cancellation period begins on the day on which the customer or a person appointed by him (if this is not the transport service provider) receives the goods.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-305369f\" data-block-id=\"305369f\"><style>.stk-305369f {margin-bottom:0px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">To withdraw from the purchase contract, the cancellation can be sent in writing to Wiener Nimmerland by email to (<a href=\"mailto:kontakt@wienernimmerland.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kontakt@wienernimmerland.at<\/a>) or by post (Wiener Nimmerland, Venediger Au 4, 1020 Vienna). For this purpose, simply use the <a href=\"#6-widerrufsformular\">cancellation form<\/a> used, but this is not mandatory.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2865d8c\" data-block-id=\"2865d8c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">In order to comply with the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice before the expiry of this period.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-42c24f4\" data-block-id=\"42c24f4\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\"><strong>5.2 Consequences of revocation<\/strong><br>If the purchase is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund of the entire amount paid when ordering, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used by the customer for the order, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will there be any additional costs for the refund. &nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f1bb009\" data-block-id=\"f1bb009\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">However, the refund may be withheld until the goods are returned to us or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever happens first.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-8d11782\" data-block-id=\"8d11782\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\"><strong>5.3 Return of goods<\/strong><br>After the written cancellation, the customer must return the goods to Wiener Nimmerland immediately, but no later than 14 days later, or hand them over personally (after making an appointment) in the 2nd district. This also applies to defects that are only noticed later. A defect exists if a product deviates significantly from the description and does not have the stated properties.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-68615b0\" data-block-id=\"68615b0\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">7.3 Warranty claims can be made within two years of receipt of the goods. If a defect is reported within 1 year, Wiener Nimmerland must prove that the product was free of defects when it was handed over. If the defect is reported after 1 year, the customer must prove that the defect was already present when it was handed over.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-48b7faa\" data-block-id=\"48b7faa\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">7.4 The goods offered in the webshop on the website are presented in the form of photographs.
