Photographs and media use<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-65bda11\" data-block-id=\"65bda11\"><style>.stk-65bda11 {padding-right:60px !important;padding-left:60px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">\u2013 <strong>No private photos<\/strong>: Employees are not allowed to take photos of themselves and a young person. Employees are not allowed to take group photos.<br><br>\u2013 <strong>Allowed photos<\/strong>: Young people are allowed to take photos of themselves and the employee. The young people or the teacher are allowed to take group photos of the young people together with the employee.<br><br>\u2013 <strong>Storing photos<\/strong>: Employees are not allowed to save photos of the young people on their mobile phones or cameras.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-b00784f\" id=\"verhaltenskodex-fur-mitarbeitende\" data-block-id=\"b00784f\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">7. Training and reflection<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6b2a313\" data-block-id=\"6b2a313\"><style>.stk-6b2a313 {padding-right:60px !important;padding-left:60px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">\u2013 <strong>E-Learning<\/strong>: All new employees must complete an e-learning course on child protection.<br><br>\u2013 <strong>Enrolment<\/strong>: All new employees are informed by the child protection officer about the current child protection concept and the code of conduct and the resulting conditions and regulations.<br><br>\u2013 <strong>Opportunities for reflection<\/strong>: In planned meetings or internal team meetings, employees are regularly given the opportunity to talk about and reflect on their own actions as well as challenging situations with young people.<br><br>\u2013 <strong>Regular training<\/strong>: As soon as at least 2 additional employees (in addition to the owner, secretary and child protection officer) are hired, regular training courses on the subject of child protection will be planned.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-a6ecf46\" id=\"verhaltenskodex-fur-mitarbeitende\" data-block-id=\"a6ecf46\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">8.
